It's a Boy

The word this morning is that Baby Boy Bratetic was welcomed into the world via c-section. No word right now on weight, height, exact time or name - but you will hear as soon as I hear! Congratulations to the Bratetic Family - a little boy to carry on the family name. And I know Dee was shooting for the 28th - but I'm not sure she wanted to do it quite this way! At least we have a healthy little guy and Mom is doing great as well - resting now. Happy Birthday Baby! ~Erin

Still Waiting...

Here is the latest I know - Loren called around 8:45pm tonight to say NO Baby yet. The epidural is finally kicking in and Dee is laboring hard. The way is appears the baby may hold out to the 28th yet. Not expecting the little one until late tonight or early tomorrow morning. Will post when I know! ~ Erin

Water Broke

The doctor is back in the hospital and broke Dee's water to help the labor progress more quickly. Still expecting to take a while. Will try to keep posting as I keep hearing. ~Erin

Labor in Progress

This is Erin reporting for DeAnna and Loren - as of now...no baby yet. Dee was induced this morning at 9am and labor is progressing slowly. Not expecting to see much action until later this afternoon to this evening - nothing expected before 4pm. I will be updating here as soon as I get any news - so stay close. Pictures to come shortly after as well! Will check back soon ~ Erin
